Launched in late 2013, the Canon Cinema EOS website showcases a prestigious product line for professional-grade film and cinema equipment.
Fluid & Responsive
Leading the UX/UI design direction, we delivered a fully fluid and responsive design that enabled an immersive experience across portable and large displays.
Home Page
Our primary audiences were both production studios and independent filmmakers. In both cases, with cameras costing up to $50,000 each, sales were not a primary KPI and we were not expecting users to check out from a website. As as a result, we focused most of the experience around telling the story of what is possible with the Cinema EOS line, engaging quickly with products, and driving to promotions and leasing information.
Media Gallery
We also designed an easy-to-maintain YouTube-integrated media gallery featuring filters by product and media type.
Product Pages
The product pages integrated a good amount of product information, related videos from the media gallery, and downloadable information.
